As a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP), he helps staffing firms and HR tech platforms develop go-to-market strategies in both the US and Europe. Before founding CWsolutions Group, Ray held leadership roles at Scout Exchange, Randstad NA, and ManpowerGroup NA, where he led national and global MSP Sales Channels. He also serves as Managing Director for TALiNT Partners, a UK-based talent insights organization. Ray is actively involved in non-profits across Southern California and advises startups in the US and Europe.

His journey began elsewhere: with a background in engineering and physics, he studied in Germany, the US, and England before spending nearly a decade as a strategy consultant at BCG.
